RC Contractors prides itself on 4 key initiatives to provide an excellent product: Time, Price, Quality, and Relationship. The construction industry is very time sensitive. We understand the importance of time throughout the entire process of construction, from planning and pre-construction, to executing and delivering the project on time. We understand that missing deadlines will cost the owners and investors their money and reputation. Along with finishing the project on time, being able to provide our customers with a competitive price is critical to meeting owner, investor, and bank needs to get the project approved. We focus on creating repeatable workflows and in depth contingency plans to allow us to efficiently work through any remodeling project, delivering a quality product at a competitive price. Last, but certainly not least, is the genuine care that we have for our clients. Open and honest communication, as well as being intentional in getting to know our customer, leads to long term relationships that benefit both parties.
